Some thing never change - Got Weeds? - they are at it again!

Have you gotten a weed letter lately?  I'll bet you have. But every time it rains (and we had quite a bit this year) over 400 'weed' letters go out.  Now the rule always was that the weeds had to be at least 3" high before a letter went out.  Why was it changed?  Or was it changed?  We are charged $2 for every violation letter that goes out.  I'll bet you didn't know that.  When needless letters are sent it is wasting our money.  This practice is ripping us off.

The violation guy is an ass.  There are many violations that never get addressed, but we get weed letters.  And if the letter happens to get sent to the wrong house, we don't get a refund.  Instead we are charged again to send it to the right house.
