We use the off-the-shelf version of MS Access so customers can change it to another language, design custom forms,  and create reports using the powerful Wizards built into the program. 

A network of stand-alone card readers simply connect to any "PC" using a two twisted pair cable, phone lines, or fiber optics. Our powerful Access Central software puts an end to costly proprietary systems.

When Card Security Counts 
Site Code Exclusivity 
Most  modern access control systems feature a dazzling  array  of electronic wizardry, but these features accomplish little if  the system itself can be inadvertently, or intentionally compromised by cards the customer does not know about. In today’s fast paced world, that condition is the rule rather than the exception, because most manufactures don't go to the trouble of insuring customer format exclusivity. We do, and always have.  For Differential Optics and Proximity systems, we use a secure encrypted format, and we register every end user's site code, and every card number ever issued to that site code. This involves more clerical overhead, but it's worth it because Toye Corporation customers can rest assured that their systems are secure, and cannot be compromised by cards that they don't know exist. 

Special High End Features 

Elevator Control Systems 
Both our "PC" based system and our Smart Cartridge can provide floor specific control to any floor by day, date, time and with holiday exceptions. Using our new P.I.N.. Prox option, cardholders may select their floor from our keypad so that only one floor is enabled per transaction, and so that the cardholder's actual floor selection choice is logged. Our software lets each tenant select its own secure and public access time schedules, when their floors may be accessed, and by whom. 

Parking Systems 
Our standard software package offers more high end parking features than many systems dedicated exclusively to parking. They include user selectable hard or soft anti-pass-back, timed anti-pass-back, auto re-synch, and car pool enforcement. 

Space counting is a standard feature that allows cumulative and differential occupancy counts with lot full sign control. A counter may be incremented or decremented by any number of entrances and exits. 

Our tenant specific space allocation module lets you designate a fixed number of free spaces per tenant, and will block free entry for that tenant until an allocated space becomes available. 

We offer special report packages such as Tenant Billing that automatically generates monthly invoices to tenants, and it includes the popular Positive Posting feature which automatically voids or validates cards based on invoice payment. 

Time Management is another report module that calculates time in the parking lot for billing purposes. 

We also offer Touch Screen Cashiering software for parking revenue control. The system uses bar coded tickets for automatic fee calculation. The software supports up to 99 separate validation accounts, and our revenue parking manager software package provides revenue reports and easily configured rate scheduling.

Based On New Low Cost Consumer Products You May Already Own  Inkjet or Direct to Card Image PrintingHere's a system that takes advantage of new high tech consumer products to provide a digital I.D. that is superior to those produced by high dollar systems. The photo shown here was taken with a $200.00 digital camera, and printed with and Epson Ink Jet printer which is available for less than $300.00. What you see is the exact quality of the final product, and when laminated, looks even better. Unlike other digital I.D.'s, this card can be printed on both sides at the same time, and is laminated to provide full and permanent protection of the image. The secret to the simplicity of this process is the use of Microsoft Access to compose the I.D. format and maintain permanent records for re-badging. You simply purchase a copy of MS Access, and we provide the setup document with your custom artwork and layout so you don't have to learn the program. The final product is a permanent high quality digital photo identification card with a surface that won't scratch.
