Our products ship from different locations.
We try to ship from the warehouse closest to your location subject to stock availability.

This shows main warehouses, shipping carriers and products shipped from these locations.
This does not show all locations, but is helpful when estimating delivery time for your order.

We offer different shipping options to our customers.  You choose this option when you check out.
Most orders are shipped by UPS ground or Fed Ex ground. Both these carriers are equal when it
comes to delivery, reliability and price.  This is why they are the most used by our company for
shipping your order.

Certain products have shipping restrictions.  An example is batteries are considered a hazardous
material and may only ship by a certain carrier.  If the customer chooses the wrong shipping method we
still have to ship it correctly.  Sometimes we change the shipping method if it is in the customer's
best interest.  If the selected carrier cannot pick up until tomorrow and a different carrier will
pick up today we will select a different carrier.  If there is an additional cost, we pick up the tab.
No one has ever gotten mad at us because the order arrived a day sooner.

Fast Shipping:  This is a great topic.  We can ship fast when necessary.  However, If you put in
an order on Friday at 4:00pm the order will be processed on Monday.

Free Shipping:  There is no such thing.  My Grandfather used to say, "Nothing is free until you pay for it first."
Someone has to pay for it - you or us. We ship as cheaply as possible.
We will not charge you shipping when your order meets certain conditions. This is done as an incentive for the customer.
We try to keep the product prices low and the shipping reasonable.
