Extra Drive Caddy for RAIDcase, EzRAID and EzCOPY (DD3)
The ARCO extra drive caddy for the DupliDisk3 Raidcase, EzRAID and EzCOPY allows the user to install an additional hard drive into the caddy and exchange the use of the same physical hard drive for backup, additional redundancy, etc. Each Caddy comes with a key for enabling power to the caddy and security so no one else may remove the drive without the key.
There are many uses of additional caddies:
- The user can use the additional caddy to carry home to keep important information off work grounds for safety.
- Use the additional hard drive caddy to store a third backup drive in a fire proof vault for extra security.
- At the end of a day you may remove the drive to work on your information at home or on the road.
- For a daily or weekly rotational backup.
- Purchasing a different color can help you distinguish between hard drive backups.
