Our goal is to protect our customers.

Katstar warranty is only on products produced by Katstar.
example: custom computer built by Katstar.

Katstar does not warranty any product not produced by Katstar.
Products we sell carry only the manufacturer's original warranty, if any.

We will replace or refund (at our digression) any product that is defective
when you receive it from us.

If you have a problem getting a warranty issue resolved with the manufacturer,
we will try to help you. You must have purchased the product from us originally.
